Ivy, PhD and Department Chair of Kinesiology and Health Education in the University of Austin Texas, through WebMD.com.  Ivy claims that it's important to take within the correct amount of sugars from a workout for protein synthesis being ignited which chocolate milk and protein work very cohesively together.  Carbohydrates are the most significant nutritional intake that can help protein breakdown and definately will restore energy and assist inside the building of muscle, or hypertrophy.  Studies have demostrated that recovery times are already reduced with the intake of chocolate milk as outlined by Dr. Ivy.  The research has shown that chocolate milk has several great properties that aid in recovery more than simply carbohydrate and protein complex, it also has several other wonderful benefits of calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamins A, B12, & D, riboflavin and niacin.  This is a superb post-work drink for many athletes, but again, it's not at all suited to those who making the effort to slim down or have diabetes.

In normal conditions, the pH price of people's gastric juice is between 1 and 3; when folks have en empty stomach, the gastric juice is acidic and the PH value is below two, that is not suitable for the development of lactic acid bacteria in yogurt. Only when the PH value inside stomach is fairly high, lactic acid bacteria in yogurt can fully grow, which can be good for health.
