This series explores 12 months during lifespan of 600-pound individuals wanting to regain treatments for their lives. Lupe Samano 39 is one of them; she lives in San Bernardino, California and her weight is 642 pounds. As the episode begins jane is bedridden, wears a CPAP mask to rest and her husband Gilbert is her caretaker. She does not get up out of bed, and contains been her home for 10 years. When she was five, her father left and not returned breaking her heart. She found her comfort in food and weighed 100 pounds at six years of age. Most people have either watched or been aware of the movie Wall-e.
